People and Culture Coordinator

Unbounce is looking to hire a People & Culture Coordinator to work as part of the People and Culture team (that's what we call our HR team).  You will be a key asset in helping this company stay awesome through all of the people-related needs as we grow.

A Little About You

You have 1 - 2 years experience in a junior HR, or administrative role

You have a post-secondary education in Human Resources, with a thirst to keep learning

You don’t mean to brag, but you have a solid understanding of the BC Employment Standards act and other relevant legislation

Experience in recruitment is considered a big plus!

You're passionate about the quality of work you produce, and you're self-motivated to spot ways to improve it

You have experience in, or are keen to work in a startup environment

Most importantly, you are a delight to work with, hard working, and you prize transparency and thorough communication in all you do

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to keep the HR ship afloat and ensure the overall smooth sailing of the Department. It’s a team effort, matey!

Support your fellow Unbouncers, and assist them with every inquiry they may have related to all things Unbounce

Assist with the administration of our Employee Benefit programs, working with all directors and team leads to adjust, tweak or maintain the program as needed

Helping with the arrangement of company-wide New Hire Orientations

 Ongoing updates and maintenance of our paper and electronic employee records and files in compliance with the appropriate provincial jurisdictions

Maintenance of our awesome HRIS system (it’s called BambooHR...check them out, we love them)
