A Little Bit About You:

  • You have 7+ years experience in marketing. And first-hand experience in all or some of the following: demand generation, co-marketing, integration marketing, agency partner programs, sales enablement.

  • You're a leader and a doer. You understand the value that comes with teaching your team how to accomplish their goals, but are also comfortable jumping in to support. 

  • You've successfully managed marketing partnership programs in the tech industry and have the metrics to prove it.

  • You’re also a total people person! You have exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills.

  • You’re a high-level, strategic thinker and can develop new opportunites to drive new customer aquisition for Unbounce.

  • You have the creativity, ideas and analytical skills of a marketer but can drive results like you’re in sales.

  • You are a team player and you can collaborate with multiple departments and partner companies to run campaigns start to finish
  • You're great to work with and embody our Core Values of transparency, humilty, empowerment, courage, delight, and generosity

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 3 main pillars of our partnerships team: agency partners, integrations and co-marketing

  • Create a long-term strategy for Unbounce's partnership program. And set quarterly targets, objectives and key results for the Partnerships Team and report on progress made

  • Develop sales and marketing collateral that better highlight the benefit of using Unbounce with our integration partners

  • Kick-start a sales enablement strategy for Unbounce.

  • Work with our Partnership Specialist to create co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners.

  • Handle all administrative tasks for your team including vacation requests, sick days, and regular performance reviews

  • Continue to expand our great relationships with our existing partners and more importantly forge new relationships with other strategic partners.

  • Encourage the personal and professional growth of your team; Leadership and management of the Partnerships team including career development and growth.

  • New leads, MQLs, SQLs and trials generated from co-marketing programs.

  • New marketing partnerships and campaigns established and executed.

  • Growth of partnership initiatives and the partnership team.
