Engineering Manager

The ability to support developers working on autonomous teams which stay close to the customers and have a large say in how the product is developed even as we grow, we feel is pretty cool - and the Engineering Manager role gets to do just that.


Supported in a team of Engineering Managers and reporting to the VP, your role operates primarily as both a Career Coach and Hiring Manager. Depending on where your particular strengths and experience lie, there is an additional opportunity to collaborate on process and/or product development.

  • Raise awareness of Unbounce as a technology company in the technology community of N.America and beyond for hiring, sharing expertise and developmental initiatives.

  • Co-create Unbounce-specific agile methodologies building upon chapter-squad engineering organizational principles.

  • Help facilitate the improvement of our ability to build software as a cohesive unit including development, QA, design, UX, and product.

We Believe the Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in:


  • Engineering management with direct reports.

  • High-growth/change software development environments (SAAS is a bonus).

  • Software agility principles and practices.

  • Full software development lifecycle - from idea through to supporting production systems.

  • Familiarity with some of our tech stack (more info on our Tech Radar).
